Fronted by the tiny, celestial voiced Dani Appadoo Norwich quartet Alloy Ark are heading for the big time. Their early tracks were thin and weedy folkish indie, cute but no cigar. If you'd heard them in their early days you'd be shocked by the muscular, powerful Blue. With Dani's bouncy, little girl lost vocals surfing murky, dirty guitars it sounds like Altered Images relaunching themselves as a grunge band.
