The Ex Ex
Portland's Ex Girlfriends Club were born to boogie. They're evangelists for the new dirt rock with a species of filthy glamage (glam + Garage = glamage) usually only found underground.
They're the bastard grandkids of the New York Dolls, a breath of stale fetid air to a homogenised, sterilised, pasteurised music scene. They've just released their debut EP and it sounds like the sweat from the walls of CBGBs reproduced in MP3 form.
It's time you hooked up with the Ex Girlfriends Club.

This like a gay band or something? Do you ever play at Club Rainbow?
These guys sound like a thundering herd of unicorns being eaten alive by a pack of jackal's. AWESOME!
