Exotic and punky American chanteuse Lately Blu Blu makes me feel exhausted. Not content with a CV that boasts of her background as a multi-instrumentalist, singer, songwriter, poet, writer and visual artist she is also the visionary founder of Los Angeles underground DIY space L’KEG Gallery, the lead front women of Blue Jungle, and a member of Haunted Tiger (of which more tomorrow). How she finds time to eat, sleep and relax I don't know.

Maybe she is actually a fembot time traveller from the future come to save humanity from Simon Cowell. We can only hope.

Instantly recognizable by the three dots under her right eye and provocative appeal Lately Blu Blu is the anti Lady GaGa. Like the sound inside David Lynch's head her understated aloof dark confrontational overtone defies popular belief and excites discontent.
