Ninca Tune

Ninca Leece
From: Berlin, Germany

Ninca Leece is a French vocalist living in Berlin who is at the arty end of the female with a synth spectrum. Her experimental ‘pop électronique’ is a mixture of synth-pop, glitch, clicks & cuts, dreamlike/quirky melodies and fairy elements, using voices, synthesizing, sound design, layerings, accoustic instruments such as guitar, xylophone, rhodes, percussions, crackle box, melodica and bass along with electronic sounds/devices and field recordings. It's quirky and incredibly sexy.

On Top Of The World sounds like a toytown Daft Punk with vocals courtesy of Lizzy Mercier Descloux. Aseptique is an oblique slab of electronica, the kind that the streets of Sheffield used to be paved with in the pioneering days of the late 1970s. 'Funny Symphony' could well be the missing link between New Order's Blue Monday, Madonna's Vogue and The Human League's 'Circus Of Death' and is as good as that sounds.
