Little Girls
Genre: Minimalist / Post punk
From: Toronto, Ontario, Canada

Toronto-based group Little Girls has only been in existence since January 2009 and this is their second appearance on the Devil's blog (first appearance back in June, Thank Heaven For Little Girls) which must be some sort of record. The guys are
preparing for an extensive North American tour performing with Japandroids, Monotonix, You Say Party! We Say Die!, Wavves and Nurses among others. They are also about to release their debut album, 'Concepts', an eleven-track album that spans the bands short life to date from the very first track they wrote to brand new material. The album will be available on CD, limited vinyl, and digitally, through Paper Bag Records on October 13th.

Before hitting the road, Little Girls recorded a cover of one of their influences, '70s/'80s Sheffield, UK post-punk group Artery's song 'Heinz', and made it available as a free mp3 download in celebration of their upcoming tour.
