The Hush Now, would be a perfect name for a quintet of shoegazers, and true to form they have a fine line in sugarspun melodies that sound like dreams. But, although they have been compared to the shoegazing likes of My Bloody Valentine, to this Devil's ears they're closer to the blend of dreamy, cocky indie rock and 60s styled jangle pop of the Stone Roses. Check out 'Hoping & Waiting' below which starts out like the great grandson of A Whiter Shade Of Pale before slipping into a pair of 24 inch flared jeans and coming on all Stone Rosey.
