Starting out as the solo recording project of multi talented multi-instrumentalist Josh McIntyre of the the shoe-gaze duo Pirate/Rock the misnamed Toronto-based Little Girls have morphed into a fully fledged band.

Emerging from Toronto's productive and exciting post-punk scene Little Girls combine lo-fi distorted surf rock with layers of fuzz to create abrasive, haunting and vaguely sinister melodic walls of sound that sound like Liars fisting Joy Division.

Thank heaven for Little Girls.
