Breaking Up Is Hard To Do...

Genre: Indie / Italian pop / Electro
From: Providence, Rhode Island United States

If you wondered where Electroclash has been for the last couple of years it's been hibernating in the back yard of Providence-based electro-pop duo, founding members of post-punk indie sex pots A Trillion Barnacle Lapse and clearly failed grammar students MakeUpBreakUp.

With more than a tip of the synth drum in the direction of Depeche Mode , New Order , Numan and Visage the duo are a deadly combination of the first wave of electronic pop and the 21st century MDMA fueled wave of electroclash.

The duo have just released their debut EP, 'We Prefer Not To...', via California's S.A.F. Records, home of Die!Die!Die! (featured on the Devil's blog in February, Pray They're Not Doctors) and Yip Yip (featured on the Devil's bog in March Yip It's... ) and comes highly recommended by the Devil.
