As Regular As Clockwork It's...
Despite their name the latest Annual's EP is being release just six months after their last release. Maybe they should change their name to bi-annuals (cue extensive groaning). The Wet Zoo EP is scheduled for release on Canvasback Music.
The five-song EP includes three brand new Annuals track and a couple of tracks by Sunfold (formerly Sedona) , featuring songs written by Annuals' Kenny Florence.
The Annuals tracks are elaborate, dazzling and folksy with Adam Baker's otherworldly vocals and disorientating electronic melodies. The Sunfold tracks are more guitar based than the Annuals and veer close to the heavenly purity of Grace era Jeff Buckley.
